Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation and request for refund must be received in writing via e-mail or U.S. mail. World People USA, Inc. will provide written confirmation, via email, of the receipt of the cancellation notice. Refund will be made via World People corporate check. If a wire transfer is requested any transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount
  2. In order to receive a full refund cancellation notice must be received at least 24 hours before the commencement of any work
  3. If the cancellation notice is received less than 24 hours before the commencement of any work half of the fee will be refunded
  4. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after the work has commenced
